I own a Traxxas Rustler VXL and I want to know, if they last if they are played hard and at high speeds? You know jumps, crashes, off road driving.

Traxxas is a good make but i would make sure all screws and nuts are tight before using. Traxxas rustler Vxls are quite durable but have weak spots especially the wheels and axles. If you are concerned about the toughness of your car you can upgrade the shock tower, the chassis and everything to aliminium or steel. You can find these upgrades on the Traxxas website. One thing i would reccomend to upgrade would be the additional front bumper which always takes a bashing offroad and jumping. Good Luck!

My Traxxas Rustler keeps shutting down. The VXL-3s digital speed control's (ESC) reduced voltage detection keeps activating.
I have a completely charged my battery and it is not a LiPo battery. It also happens when I completely speed up the Rustler, or when I attempt to brake all of a sudden at a substantial speed.
Does everyone have any fixes?

Yes, this is extremely widespread among VXL users. They have a bad issue of the connections coming undone or broken. Verify all the connections then check it out once more. If this does not perform, I would send it to Traxxas. They should repair/change it for a quite reduced price or free of charge if it is still beneath guarantee. When it's fixed or replaced I would sell it (you could get $ one hundred-$ 120 for it) and purchase your self a Castle Creations Sidewinder. WAY greater and even quicker. It's also only $ 135.

It is a new truck that came out this 12 months, and it uses the TNS-T18 chassis. It really is a one/ten scale truck, so certain areas from the Tamiya Nitro Crusher truck will fit.

Go with the Traxxas they run so excellent i have a Jato, a four-tec and a great deal a lot more,a single is the Ofna and it tends to make a fantastic dust colecter trigger it's a piece a junk,by no means runs,traxxas is so simple it aint funny http://traxxas.com i'd go with the Jato 3.3.Sorry the Jato is 2wd,but go with traxxas.I study your query wrong i apologize you aiming for 4wd.3.three is the bigest engine.
